We are hiring! 

Account Executives

Account Executives are the top income earners in our company. They work entirely on commission. Our average account executive has more than 10 years of experience doing corporate sales. 

We are seeking top producers. We pay better than other companies. This strategy doesn't work well for across the board hiring, but when it comes to top producers, they are expensive,... but worth it. 

If you are interested to be an account executive with Road Knight, be warned that it is a lot of hard work up front, but that it gets easier over time. As an independent contractor, you'll be expected to set your own schedule, provide your own tools, and be your own boss (see IRS Section 182). However, you're not on your own. You'll have your team and your own personal coach within the company to support you. Your customers are yours for life, as long as you are a productive part of our organization. If you want to sell your book of business, you may do so as long as we approve the buyer and they agree to our updated terms. If you want to hire your own employees so that you can have more free time, this is also allowable as long as your employees agree to abide by your contract's terms. Sales Reps

Sales Representatives report to the account executives, and receive a base salary plus incentive bonuses. They have production quotas, and are responsible to reach out to CFOs and Fleet Maintenance Directors of companies that own large numbers of trucks. Base salaries are competitive and depend on experience. 

Experience is required.

This is a 40 hour per week job, with a competitive benefits package. 

We are not currently hiring Sales Reps at this time, but we anticipate needing to hire in the next few months. If you are interested, please feel free to apply.

This is the most important principal of our company. Most companies are structured like a pyramid, with the customers at the bottom, then the employees put themselves over the customers, and then the executive team puts themselves at the very top. If there is ever a conflict, most companies show their true nature when customers get the short end of the stick, being at the very bottom of the whole pile. If there is ever a conflict between executives and common employees, the employees lose out. Everyone exists to serve those above them. 

At Road Knight, we have turned this whole model upside down. We place the customers at the very top, then the employees who serve the customers are below them. Then, the executive team at Road Knight serves the employees. Thus, the CEO exists to serve and equip everyone in the company, so the employees can serve and equip the customers. 

No one at Road Knight is ever allowed to call anyone else their boss. We are all co-workers on the same team,... and the only people we were for are our customers. 

Growth

Everyone at Road Knight has upward mobility. Our whole structure is designed to help people increase their income and their status. It is human nature to want to reach upwards, just as a tree longs for the sky. 

Connection
